Decision No. 57/2010/QD-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister and signed on November 9, 2010, establishes land rent exemption regimes for specified national and regional storage projects in accordance with approved planning. It applies to organizations and individuals investing in the construction of: (i) government-designated grain reserves totaling 4 million tons (rice and maize) under the national reserve program; (ii) cold-storage facilities for fisheries and fresh fruits and vegetables; and (iii) temporary coffee storage facilities as provided in planning documents.
