Summary

This Decision No. 66/2015/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province amends and supplements certain provisions of the Regulation on management and use of the Buon Ma Thuot geographical indication (GI) for Robusta coffee that was issued by Decision No. 18/2010/QD-UBND dated 30 June 2010. It is issued pursuant to the Law on Intellectual Property and relevant decrees, and applies to organizations and individuals involved in production, processing, trading, labeling, certification and protection of the Buon Ma Thuot GI for Robusta coffee within and outside Dak Lak where the GI is used.
