Abstract
International Financial Centers (IFCs) play a pivotal role in connecting global capital flows, attracting financial institutions, investors, and international enterprises, while also contributing to shaping trends of sustainability and digitalization in the financial sector. This study analyzes the operational models of IFCs in Singapore, South Korea, and Dubai to highlight their mechanisms and the key success factors. Based on these insights, the research proposes policy implications to guide the development of an IFC tailored to Viet Nam’s conditions and development objectives.
