Ly Tran-Hoang-Khanh is a Research Associate at the Health and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (HAPRI) since January 2026. She is a PhD Candidate in Development Economics at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with a Bachelor of International Economics from the University of Economics and Law (VNU-HCM), 2024. She published two 2025 articles in Kinh te va Du bao (Economy and Forecast Review) on international financial centres and human development and foreign direct investment in Southeast Asia. Her research focuses on green supply chain management and sustainable performance.
