Decision No. 33/2013/QD-UBND, issued by the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province, promulgates a program to support development of cold-climate coffee in three highland districts: Dak Glei, Tu Mo Rong and Kon Plong. The Decision establishes objectives, scope, beneficiaries, forms of support, implementation responsibilities, funding sources and timelines for activities to expand and stabilize coffee cultivation adapted to temperate microclimates within specified communes and communes-level areas of the three districts.
