About presenter:
Tran Thi Phu Duyen is a researcher at HAPRI and currently a Ph.D. student in Health Services Research at George Mason University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics in Vietnam (UEH), and a Master of Public Policy with First Class Honors from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Her research interests lie in Health Economics, focusing on retirement well-being and old-age insurance. Her papers have been published on BMC Global Health Research and Policy (2023) and Food Security (2005). Duyen is committed to conducting evidence-based research that informs health policy decisions in Vietnam and the United States. She aspires to advocate for Universal Health Coverage in both countries.
