This is a Decision of the Quảng Ngãi Province People's Committee, dated 24 December 2021, that issues crop unit prices for compensation when the State recovers land, for application in the province during 2022. It sets a calculation method for annual crops and fixed unit prices for perennial crops and ornamental plants.

• For annual crops, compensation per square meter is calculated as the highest yield over the preceding three years multiplied by the average selling price at the time of land recovery, as determined and approved per project.

• Sets fixed unit prices (đồng per tree/bush) for perennial industrial crops (e.g., rubber, cashew, coffee, cocoa, pepper, tea) by growth stage and trunk diameter.

• Provides detailed price tables for fruit trees, timber/firewood/resin/oil trees, mangrove species, and flowers and ornamental foliage plants.

• Applies to land users under the 2013 Land Law, site-clearance and land-management bodies, and other parties involved in crop compensation on land recovery.

• Issued under the 2013 Land Law and Decree No. 47/2014/NĐ-CP on compensation, support, and resettlement; large pricing tables form the bulk of the document.

The Decision applies within Quảng Ngãi Province, takes effect 10 days after signing, and remains in force through 31 December 2022.
