This is a decision of the Lâm Đồng Province People's Committee, issued in 2020, that promulgates the schedule of unit prices for the various crop types used to calculate compensation for damage when the State recovers land in the province. It is based on the 2013 Land Law, Government Decree No. 47/2014/NĐ-CP on compensation, support, and resettlement, and related guidance, and was issued at the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
